Ja'Riyah Reid is October's Student of the Month for the Brookhaven Technical Center. She is daughter of Breanna Reid and Roosevelt Collins Jr. Ja'riyah was nominated by Chassity Avants, the Health Science Instructor. She will receive a gift card as a reward for Student of the Month.
Ja'riyah 's enjoys most the hands-on activities and visiting the elementary school in her Health Science Class. Jariyah plans to attend a Historically Black College and University after high school, and major in pediatric nursing.
