On Wednesday Oct 25, 2017 FCCLA, Family Dynamics and JROTC students participated in a Service Learning project as part of our curriculum requirement for the courses. Service Learning integrates classroom instruction/learning with hands on community service in the local community as well as leadership. We partnered with Brookhaven Outreach Ministries for this project. The students gained hands-on experience while learning the importance of helping others as they prepared bags of groceries for families.
